Vicoletto Catarratto

A nice intro to Orange wines, with the 10% of the grapes undergoing “skin contact” - a slice of Sicilian sunshine. It’s bright in colour yet slightly cloudy thanks to the natural approach to winemaking; with no stabilisation, fining or filtration and very low levels of sulphur. Tasting notes of citrus, grapefruit, apple and white flesh fruits with a hint of Mediterranean herbs and a backbone of fresh acidity.
