A slightly off-dry style of rosé, yet well-balanced and fresh with a pale, salmon colour. Aromas of wild cherries and strawberries and a hint of mediterranean spice, lead to bright red fruits in the mouth and a refreshing mineral finish.
100% Primitivo grape (made a little differently but actually genetically the same as North America’s Zinfandel).
