Tandem Casual Rose

Just 50km from San Sebastian and the Atlantic, the Bodega Tandem are based in the Yerri Valley in the cooler North of Navarra, where grapes are often picked three or four weeks later than in the South of the region. The result is a really diverse selection of wines, vibrant, fresh yet complex, many of which have become household names in Highams Park. This wine was originally made by mistake, when one of the machines in the winery broke down – but was so popular that they kept it – hence the name “casual”. Produced from 100% Garnacha and slightly darker in colour than most rosés with ripe cherry and blackcurrant, yet beautifully dry and balanced.
