Staete Landt Sauvignon Blanc Pure

Ruud Maasdam founded Staete Landt in 1998 with the vision of making intensely flavoured, complex and 100% estate grown wines from their 21 hectare vineyard on the ‘Golden Mile’ in Rapaura Marlborough.

The vineyard’s close proximity to the Wairau river, the main river in the Marlborough valley, moderates the climate and helps produce healthy and well-ripened grapes.

This is a perfect example of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. It is aromatic and bursting with gooseberry, passion fruit, some grassy notes leading to pineapple and mango on the nose and palate, yet it remains dry, zesty and fresh.
