Sparkling Pique & Mixe Piquepoul x Terret

From one of the Mediterranean's oldest vineyard areas, this wine benefits from cooling sea breezes. The Picpoul & Terret grapes are grown on clay and limestone hillsides and picked at night to keep them fresh, then aged on fine less for extra softness. This wine has bright aromas of lemon and grapefruit, with a lively, refreshing palate and smooth, citrus finish.
