A fresh rosé from the makers of one of our bar favourites (Solara Orange) blending Merlot with the local grape Feteasca Neagra. Expect aromas of strawberry and cranberry, followed by bright flavours of cherry, raspberry and ripe strawberry, with crisp acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. Great with creamy pasta, Thai red curry, or grilled fish.
