Solara Orange

One of our most popular wines in the bar, pure sunshine in a glass. This orange wine hails from Romania and is made by leaving the white grape skins and seeds in contact with the pressed juice for 3.5 weeks. The benefit of this means you get a wine showing the refreshment of a white with all the complexity and structure of a red. The nose is a delicate mix of candied apricots, quince, ripe apple and a hint of vanilla.
