Made from 100% Alvarinho, the first sparkling wine to be produced by Soalheiro a new producer to us here at Vino Tap. Made using the "traditional" method, undergoing a secondary fermentation in the bottle, resulting in fine bubbles. Vibrant, fruity and fresh, with some minerality. An exciting find from our Autumn tastings!
