This is a delicous English sparkling rose made in the traditional French method and using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. On the nose there are soft rose petal and fresh strawberry notes. This is a wine full of finesse and very well balanced. It has been aged for 15 months on its lees, giving it complexity, and developed layers. On the palate, this is a crisp wine, with wild berry flavours. Due to the ageing, the freshness is well balanced by hints of almond and rose.
