San Marzano Liboll Spumante Extra Dry

From Cantine San Marzano in Puglia, well-known by many of our customers, especially for the much loved Talo Malvasia Nera.

This is a little different from most of our other sparkling wines, notably that it's Extra Dry, which (counterintuitively) means it's actually a little sweeter than Brut or Extra Brut.

Grown in the heart of Salento, an area more well known for its red wines, the grapes are at a little altitude and are picked early to retain freshness.

An easy-going, nicely balanced fizz that's a great alternative to Prosecco, with a lovely elderflower and stone fruit edge.
