Roger Sabon Chateauneuf-du-Pape Les Olivets

The vines are planted in some of the best sites of Châteauneuf – Les Cabrières, La Crau, Courthezon and Nalys, and all with “galets roulés” - those big pebbles that retain so much of that Southern French heat. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvèdre is grown, with the "Olivets" predominantly from 50 year old Grenache vines.

A juicy yet refined style, matured for 18 months in oak, Les Olivets is a bright ruby colour with ripe tannins and rich, ripe black cherry flavours on the palate.
