Pim Pam Pum Pet Nat

One of our growing range of Pet Nats, made using the “Ancestral Sparkling Method”, which roughly means doing as little as possible! For this vintage disgorgement was performed with the addition of very little sulphur (as with all three of this week’s wines), without the fining and filtration process that most modern wines go through meaning there is always a little sediment. Stone fruits and mineral on the nose. On the palate is aromatic, pure, fresh and gently toasty.
