Mittnacht Riesling Fossiles

Run by Christophe and his wife Yuka, a Japanese Chef, the Mittnachts own some of the finest sites in the Alsace region. Many of you will know me for the aromatic blend “Gyotaku” but this is the 100% Biodynamic Riesling.

A dry, intense style with hints of apple and peach on the nose, mouthwatering lime and citrus fruit on the palate, a stoney mineral edge and a delicate finish.
