This Domaine is located in the “La Livinière” region of Minervois, considered one of the top terroirs of the Languedoc in the South of France. This is the “Grand Vin” which is a blend of mainly Syrah with some Grenache and Mourvedre, aged for 15 months in barrels from the famous Bordeaux property of Lynch Bages.
We were struck by the intense fruit, concentration, yet super smooth texture on the 2019 vintage, which is a bargain compared to its more famous French contemporaries.
