Medieval de Ourem

This is a unique example of a “Palhete” wine, a traditional blend of red and white grapes, using a method described by Monks over 800 years ago. This is 80% white grapes and 20% red, all vinified together. The colour of a dark rosé, this wine is a bit bonkers, with bright cherry and raspberry on the nose, followed by a delicately spicy, salty, mineral finish, which just keeps you coming back for more.
