”Paris Finesse” is produced from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, from plots on steep slopes benefitting from plenty of sunshine. Intense aromas of blackcurrant and red fruits, herbal “garrigue” and sweet spices. There’s a real freshness and delicate minerality to the wine, which make it fantastic to matching lighter food dishes.
