Mas Mellet have been organic since 2007, following biodynamic practices in the vineyard, along with miniscule addition of Sulphur before bottling.
“Lily Rose” is a tawny-copper coloured rosé, which is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre, grown on warmer, South-facing slopes. There’s some cooked fruits on the nose - aromas of strawberry compote - and a chalky texture that is rare in most rosés.
