Les Vignes de Coulous Cadillac Rouge

Haut-Rian have a small parcel on land – Coulous - that Isabelle and Michel have been farming organically for 10 years, in the Entre-deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. These are gravelly slopes leading down into the Garonne River, mimicking many of the famous Bordeaux terroir, just a little away from the limelight.

This is a modern style of Bordeaux, a brighter, lighter blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc that will be great drinking without food, or with lighter dishes.
