Charles and Petronella Humphreys took over Hazel End Farm in Bishop’s Stortford in 1974 and the Anniversary Blend marks 40 years since they planted their first vines. This is a blend of Huxelrebe and Reichensteiner – two earlier ripening grapes which are well suited to the English climate.
Proclaimed as “Summer in a glass” this is aromatic, sherberty, delicately tangy and incredibly fresh – try it as an aperitif or with lighter Summer dishes.
