We've been discussing this event for some time now, as Grenache has to be one of my favourite and most versatile grapes. I can't believe we haven't run one sooner!
FromGrenache Noir, most famous for its bright, fruity, peppery reds and excellent Rosés toGrenache Blanc- a seriously underrated grape - which produces fuller-bodied White Wines and excellent Orange Wines. There's evenGrenache Gris, the grey/pink-skinned grape which produces those beautiful onion-skinned wines from the South of France and beyond.Garnacha(Spain) andGarnaxta(Catalunya) will feature too.
We'll have 7 wines open to taste in a relaxed format, starting at 5pm on Wednesday 16th September.
Tasting through the selection normally takes at least an hour, so last arrivals will be at around 9pm.
