From old, averaging 60-year-old vines planted on marl-limestone soils in the south-east facing slopes of Mercurey, this Pinot Noir opens with a bright ruby-garnet hue and aromas of fresh red fruits — think cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry — with subtle undertones of plum, forest floor and a hint of cedar or spice.
