Finkenauer Riesling Trocken

The Nahe region is one of the smaller German wine regions, named after the Nahe River
which joins the Rhein at Bingen. The area is characterised by dramatic topography with steep slopes 
and craggy outcrops of metamorphic rock.

A crisp and zingy Riesling with peach fruit and fresh, floral aromas. A great balance between sugar and acidity gives a slightly spicy edge, a hint of spritz on the palate and a dry, steely finish.

Try with white fish, lemon risotto and spicy dishes.
