Entero Old Vine Macabeo

From Manchuela, the high altitude wine region inland from Valencia, has been providing us with some terrific wines recently. A region with lots of sunshine, cool nights and very little rainfall during the growing season all lead to some very healthy grapes!

The Entero is an organic, unfiltred, old vine Macabeo that offers great value. Aromas of orange blossom and tropical fruits lead to a savoury-textured, complex wine that would be great with grilled vegetables or salad.
