New Zealander Rachel and Yorkshireman Jonathan Hesford bought an ancient winery and several parcels of mature vines in the foothills of the Pyrenees in 2006.
The Three Peaks is a Syrah x Mourvedre x Grenache blend, with the Mourvedre aged in oak, which gives the wine a rich, savoury quality. Peppery spice from the Syrah and ripe fruit from the Grenache creates a beautifully balanced wine, great for anyone looking for something fuller and complex, perhaps to match with food.
