From one of Spain's highest altitude wineries at 1,100m altitude, based in Manchuela, in the mountains inland from Valencia. This is a gently sparkling Organic Pet Nat ("Pétillant Naturel"), unfiltred and slightly cloudy in appearance, made with a focus on biodiversity.
The grape is Muscat, picked later to develop greater aromatics, with white and pink flowers, subtle scents of honey and orange blossom, mandarin and stone fruit. Salud!
