A single vintage blend of aromatic grape varieties, aged for a couple of years Champagne-style. One of the driest sparkling wines we sell - aromatic on the nose with delicate floral and fresh lemon notes, with a depth of flavour and texture in the mouth from time on its lees, notes of apple and apricot and a deliciously dry, fresh finish.
