Cepa Pura Touriga Nacional

Quinta do Montalto are based in the clayey-chalkey soils north of Lisbon, very much influenced by the cooling Atlantic breezes.

Unlike most of the Touriga Nacionals we taste (known for its robust wines that are also used in Port) the Cepa Pura bursts with ripe red fruit, followed by a fresh, lightly spicy feel, thanks to 6 months ageing is oak barrels.
