100% Fernao Pires grape, which in the right conditions produces wonderfully aromatic wines with peach, ripe tropical fruit and a touch of spice.
Fermentation in oak barrels and regular “bâttonage” (stirring up of the lees) gives the wine immense complexity and super freshness despite its age.
