Bender Pinot Noir

Thanks to its location between the Haardt Mountains and the River Rhine in the southwest, this is one of the warmer, drier areas of Germany, meaning the wine has lots of bright red fruit and nice sweet spice. The ripe fruit and touch of tannin (from some time in both French and American oak barrels) works really well with cheese and charcuterie.
