Antech Blanquette de Limoux

From the Pyrenees in the South of France, supposedly where sparkling wine first originated (Dom Perignon actually came later, don’t believe the marketing hype). Made in the traditional Champagne style, in a cooler climate thanks to Mediterranean and mountain influence, resulting in a dry, refreshing fizz with fresh apples, pears and dangerously drinkable!
