Agostino Pavia Grignolino

This wine is difficult to make on account of the grapes' many pips (grignole) which give the variety its name but is worth the effort: light in colour and full of bright fresh berry fruit, notes of wild herbs and vibrant acidity with a little tannin and surprising depth, like a northern Italian Beaujolais Cru.
