Some very special Chenin Blanc is produced here, Vigneau-Chevreau is perfectly placed and one of only two biodynamic producers within the region. The Silex is grown on flint and clay soils, partly aged in old barrels, and has an intense, appley, mineral edge. A touch off-dry.
