Wines and Beers on offer - Order by Sunday 22nd December for delivery before Christmas
A field blend of all sorts of indigenous white grape varieties from ancient (centenarian!) vines. Vines that were saved from being pulled up and replaced with other crops, hence the name “Uncondemned”. The wine spends some time macerating with the grape skins, then fermented and allowed to mature in large concrete vats.
