Tandem Ars Nova

Just 50km from San Sebastian and the Atlantic, the Bodega Tandem are based in the Yerri Valley in the cooler North of Navarra, where grapes are often picked three or four weeks later than in the South of the region. The result is a really diverse selection of wines, vibrant, fresh yet complex, many of which have become household names in Highams Park.A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tempranillo. Aged for 2 years in concrete which gives it a great texture, and 9 months in oak which gives firmer, richer tannins, more spice and darker black fruit. A great food wine, especially with hard cheeses and charcuterie.
