Whenever we're asked for a recommenmdations that's just "soft and delicious" the La Breche comes to mind. It's super smooth with lots of blackcurrant fruit, hints of liquorice, sweet spice and vanilla.
In the heart of the Gaillac region this is based around the Braucol grape, which is thought to be related to the Carmenere
