Pavia are real specialists of the Barbera grape and the “Marescialla”, their top red, really shows it off to its full potential. From a single vineyard near the winery, aged for a year in French oak barrels. The result is a rich, complex wine with sweet fruit and layers of cocoa, coffee, stewed fruit and sweet spice.
