Pim Pam Pom Lagar Red

A blend of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet (the latter one of the few grape varieties that’s deep red all the way through). Grapes are destemmed and vinified in traditional “lagar”, which are open cement tanks – natural ferment without much interference, unfined, unfiltered and left in barrels for three months.

This is bright, perfumed and vibrant with a fresh, easy-drinking style.
