Pierre Mignon Brut Vintage Prestige 2015

A family-owned over several generations, Pierre Mignon have steadily grown across the region, planting a wide variety of grapes, but predominantly Pinot Meunier, which unusually leads the blend.

A “gastronomic” Champagne from the excellent quality 2015 vintage with expressive aromatics, with notes of white peach, plums, dried fruit and toasted almonds. Having had a little age, it’s developed a lovely brioche character, perfect for drinking now but will age well over a few more years.
