Introducing: Volcanic and Island Wine Tasting - Wednesday 26th March at 7:00pm

Volcanic & Island Wines: featuring Tenerife, Sicily, Mount Olympus, Mount Fuji and the red clay soils of Chile. We'll be looking at "minerality" in wine and debunking a few myths. Is it really all about the soil, or is it something else? We're always looking for wines that show off a sense of the place they are from, could volcanic wines be the answer?

The tasting will start at 7:00pm and last until around 9:00pm, with time to chat more or stay on for a few extra glasses if so desired! We'll serve mixed cheese and charcuterie platters (from Buchanan’s Cheesemongers and Great Glen Charcuterie), please just let us know of any dietary requirements at time of booking.

These tastings are always good fun, sociable experiences, taking place in the cosy back room at the bar.Wines will also be available to buy to take away at a discounted rate on the evening.
