This is from Basque country, which has its own long history, culture and identity, apart from the rest of the country. It’s cooler, wetter and greener in this part of Spain. Grapes for this rosé all come from a 1 hectare plot of old vines. Txacoli (jack-o-lee) is famous for its natural slight spritz, and we love the “Atlantic-influenced” spritzy, slight tart, cherry & cranberry, clean style of this rosé.
