Alentejo is in the south of Portugal, one of the hottest regions of Portugal, producing some of the fullest, ripest wines in the country. This is made from Moreto grapes grown on very old, “pre-phylloxera” vines, aged in oak. Riper, full, concentraed, with sweet red fruits and lovely soft tannins.
