Funkstille Skin

“Funkstille” - which means “radio silence” - produce wines from this cooler region in Lower Austria. The wines are all made with sustainability in mind and are fresh and approachable.
The “Skin” alludes to time the juice spends in contact with the grapes skins, which gives the wine its slightly more amber appearance and a little more texture and complexity.
While dry on the palate, there’s a tropical feel, with notes of ginger, flowers and a hint of green tea. Some gentle tannins and soft spice make it a great match with cheese.
