The Champagne of Italy, made in the method, with 25 months of ageing in the bottle. 100% Chardonnay, this is a light, elegant style of Franciacorta. Bright straw in colour, a fresh nose with white flowers, mineral notes and just a touch of yeast. Lively in the mouth with citrus, green apple and a fine and persistent “perlage” - what the Italians call bubbles! Perfect as an aperitif or with steamed fish and crustaceans, vegetable risotto and fresh cheeses.
