Gaia are best known for their Assyrtiko from the island of Santorini but this is from their state-of-the-art winery on the mainland of Greece. The grapes are grown on the semi-mountainous soils of Nemea, at an altitude of around 600m. It has a pale lemon color and a complex aroma of citrus fruits, white flowers, and saline notes. This wine balances lemon zest, honey, and mineral notes, a great match with dishes with a little spice of acidity.
