Arete de Thau Piquepoul Terret

The Piquepoul grape has gone from obscurity a few years ago to a bistro / bar staple, thanks to its clean, bright, almost salty texture. This example is blended with another local grape – Terret – which produces a grapefruity, lively, citrussy wine.
