Brookdale Mason Road GSM

GSM – Grenache x Syrah x Mourvedre – is a classic Southern French blend, which the climate of Paarl and its Granite-rich soils are perfectly suited to. Most of the belnd was “whole bunch” fermented, which brings out the juicy, ripe fruit character in the wine. Full of brambly berries, cherry, plum and blackcurrant, complemented by delicate smoky notes thanks to eight months ageing in barrel.
